Carfreqz Terms And Conditions New paragraph

  • On booking with Carfreqz you will be asked if we can use pictures of work carried out on your vehicle we will use our show plates in order to conceal your registration plate. If you do not give your permission we will respect your wishes.
  • Warranty - Carfreqz will not cover under warranty any parts that are damaged due to negligence or distortion. Parts and labour will be calculated and charged accordingly at time of replacement. If you are having speakers installed you will be given instructions to follow regarding the bedding in period.
  • Warranty - If the installs were carried out by Carfreqz then the warranty work will also be carried out by Carfreqz. If our techs inspect the vehicle and find the issue not to be a fault with work carried out by Carfreqz then charges will be applied.
  • Warranty - Carfreqz will not cover the cost of a repair made by a manufacture or independent business without the Carfreqz team inspecting the vehicle and authorising the work first.
  • Payment for work and all goods must be made to Carfreqz either in cash or bank transfer before the vehicle leaves Carfreqz Care.
  • Deposits - Carfreqz will take payment for goods to be installed before ordering and a non- refundable 50% labour deposit to secure to booking date. The non - refundable labour deposit of 50% secures the install date in our diary. If you wish to move your booking we need a minimum of 7 days prior notice to your install date. You are able to move your install date once unless unprecedented circumstances. If moved a second time you will be charged 50% of your deposit, we reserve the right to use your deposit to cover the costs of losses time.
  • All work is subject to a vehicle inspection. In some cases the price may need to be adjusted during your install. We will not adjust any prices without first informing you why this needs to happen with a full explanation.
  • All vehicles booked in for work to be carried out will have an inspection sheet. You will be given a copy before any work is carried out.
  • We will give a full handover during collection of your vehicle. You will be given relevant instructions dependant on the type of work carried out. Both Carfreqz and you will have a signed copy of the handover sheet. If you do not follow the required instructions and damage to equipment is a result of this, this will void parts and fitting warranty. 
  • For ceramic coating warranty, a 12 monthly inspection must be booked. it is your responsibility to book this in with Carfreqz. The inspection is free of charge however any damage rectification is chargeable and will be discussed during the inspection.
  • We do not ceramic coat vehicle windscreens and motorcycle helmet visors.
  • We never guarantee 100% defect/scratch removal during a polish. We will do our upmost to return your vehicle to its "show room finish" and we will make you aware of any remaining scratches and defects during the vehicle handover.
  • We are unable to repair damaged plastics, leather and alloy wheels during any valet/detailing booking. We do have companies that we can outsource this work too however you must make us aware of these requirements during the initial booking.
